Witness the profound effect that money, green construction, adaptive re-use and streetcars can bring to a community.  Tour begins outside the main entrance to Whole Foods, 2210 Westlake Avenue, Seattle, WA.

Note: Tour begins at the Madrona Playground, SW corner of 34th and Spring Street, Seattle, WA. Tour lasts approximately two hours. $15 in advance / $20 day of. Advance purchase is highly recommended; spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For day of ticket purchases for tours which begin off-site, exact change, in cash, is required. All tours are conducted rain or shine. Tour participants are responsible for their own personal safety. Most routes involve hills, stairs, escalators, and elevators. This tour is not recommended for children under age 12.
