Back Forty is a burger joint but a high quality and responsibly sourced one. Just as Savoy broke new ground when it offered a relaxed approach to the concept of a chef driven restaurant, Chef Peter Hoffman takes Back Forty one more step in that direction by offering the east village high quality food at very reasonable prices. A small seasonal market occupies one of the two storefronts where neighbors and customers can purchase raw farm ingredients or prepared foods from the on premise menu.
