Co-sponsored by the Columbia Center.  Post-Modernism, security, green building trends and roller-coaster real estate prices have dramatically impacted where we live, work and play.  Tour begins in front of the Federal Courthouse, 700 Stewart Street.

Tour begins in front of the Federal Courthouse, 700 Stewart Street, Seattle, WA.

Tour lasts approximately two hours. 

$15 in advance / $20 day of.  Advance purchase is highly recommended; spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

For day of ticket purchases for tours which begin off-site, exact change, in cash, is required.

All tours are conducted rain or shine.

Tour participants are responsible for their own personal safety.  Most routes involve hills, stairs, escalators, and elevators.

This tour is not recommended for children under age 12.
