Future Tenant is gearing up for our third annual benefit party, Pay It Forward 3. Dust off your bubble skirts and dig out the Aqua Net, because this years party has an Eighties Prom twist!
Pay It Forward 3 will be held at Grey Box Theatre, located at 3595 Butler Street in Lawrenceville. The upbeat and festive night will feature performances by The Pillow Project, The Hood Gang, and awesome 80s dance tunes courtesy Belevedere's resident DJ Hates You. Enjoy complimentary beer, spiked punch, and chocolate martinis by LUPEC, as well as food from Six Penn, Gypsy Cafe, Panera Bread, and Ali Baba. An 80s craft table (spin art and shrinky dinks, anyone?) and photo set will also keep you entertained.
A highlight of the event will be Future Tenants silent auction, which will feature unique gift baskets, original artwork, gift certificates to great Pittsburgh restaurants and shops, and tickets to local artistic performances. Remember to bring cash or a checkbook to be a part of the fun!
While awesome 80s outfits are not required, they are highly recommended. There will be prize packages for Prom King & Queen!
Tickets are $30 each, or $20 for students with a valid ID and advance purchase. Remember to bring your state and student IDs to the event! Pay It Forward 3 is an 18+ event but you gotta be 21+ to drink.
Future Tenants popular programming including art exhibitions, window installations, open mic nights, annual play festival, and performance residency series is kept running on a very lean budget; the money raised at Pay It Forward provides the funding we need to continue our 2009-10 season.

ATMs: There is a PNC ATM and a Citizens Bank ATM at the corner of 41st and Butler Street.
Public Transportation: Take the 91A to Butler & 36th or the 54C or 86B to Penn & Butler. More details available at www.portauthority.org.
Parking: There is plenty of parking at the lot across from Grey Box Theatre. Street parking is also available
