Italian holidays start in the kitchen, where friends and family gather to kindle bonds, as they prepare traditional and contemporary dishes for their tables. Join Viola Buitoni to learn three unusual and well-known handmade pastas, sure to make appearances on her own holiday table.

Casunziei all'Ampezzana (red beet tortelli with brown butter and poppy seeds)
Tagliatelle al Cacao con Speck e Panna (cocoa tagliatelle with smoked ham and cream)
Lasagna alla Bolognese (classic bolognese lasagna)
