David Sedars' wit comes to life in Bad Quarto's production of The SantaLand Diaries.
How desperate would you have to be to take a job as an elf in Macy's SantaLand? And how could you stay sane having to work on "Elf Island?" With his trademark sardonic wit, David Sedaris tells the story of Christmas consumerism run amok, and the reality that even a certified cynic can find the meaning of Christmas in the middle of of Macy's.
Burlington-area actor Joseph Grabon performs Sedaris' modern classic four times at the Soul FIre Studio:
