Not All Clowns are Bozos
Afraid of Clowns? Think they're just for kids? Well, think again.
Ear to the Ground (in Co-production with Theatre Off Jackson) has assembled a cadre of the Northwest's funniest, sweetest, and stupidest clowns for a night of laughs. Enjoy the true artistry of these physically comedic performers as they bring you into the delightful world of kooky clown logic.
Ear to the Ground is proud to host Portland clowns Sarah Liane Foster (Co-Artistic Director of Nomadic Theatre Company) and Jack StockLynn (of Collective of Geniuses). Also on the bill are Jenna Bean Veatch, whose whimsical dance style has been seen on many Seattle stages, and Linda Severt, who has performed solo works internationally for the last 20 years. Ear to the Ground's own Cecelia Frye and Valerie Moseley each take a solo turn while their long-standing duo, Chickee and Boom-Boom, also makes an appearance. Whitney Lawless and Brynna Jourden, who make up the duo Hammerheads, round out the evening.
