Wave at the W Lake Shore and Goose Island team up March 6th for an exciting and informative Cooking Class. Join Executive Chef Kristine Subido as she leads the class through a fun cooking demo and five-course lunch. Guests will learn how to prepare Goose Island inspired dishes while sampling favorites such as Matilda, Pere Jacques and 312.
Space is limited. Waves Cooking Class is the first Saturday of each month from 2:30-4:30pm.
