Kathy Wiley, the founder of Poco Dolce will join us on Thursday, November 20th as our last speaker of the year. Known for her famed handmade Bittersweet Chocolate Tiles, Poco Dolce's tiles comes in flavors like Almond, Aztec Chile, Burnt Caramel Almond Toffee, Ginger, Coconut Almond, Hazelnut. In addition to her tiles, Kathy has also launched Cortina collection, an Italian-inspried assortment of filled chocolates. Please join us as Kathy speaks about her business and inspirations and sample some of her delicious chocolates.
