Taste and buy artisan and farmstead cheeses from throughout the Northwest and meet the people who make them. The VIP Preview will feature new release cheeses, only out for that hour, and a chance to meet the cheesemakers without the hustle and bustle of the general event hours. VIP attendees will also receive a complimentary insulated cooler bag.
