An Epic Collaboration Dinner

The road to the Great American Beer Festival stops at Euclid Hall on Tuesday, October 8th at sunset (6:59 p.m.), for an epic collaboration between world-class Central Coast brewer Firestone Walker Brewing Company, local distilling legend Leopold Bros. and the gang from Euclid Hall.

This pre-GABF event features beers and spirits not generally seen by the general public paired with 8 courses from the culinary team at Euclid Hall. Tickets are $100 per person including tax and gratuity.

Representatives from Firestone Walker and Leopold Bros will be on hand to delve into the complexities of their beverages and offer behind-the-scenes info for attendees.

Chef Jorel Pierce and the Euclid "Beer Bitches" collaborated to create a special menu for this dinner. "We tasted and tasted to get this just right," said Pierce. "These two beverage partners are too important to leave anything to chance."
