This workshop zeros in on the most important aspects of program planning and evaluation for nonprofit and community organizations. It includes a step-by-step demonstration with actionable tips to help make your programs's strategy a success. Participants will work in the classroom on their program objectives, resources, and success measures, leaving the workshop with a draft strategy in hand (not merely advice on how to develop one later).
We show program personnel how to strengthen their capacity to successfully set timelines and resources to reach their goals. With a series of exercises and worksheets everyone will learn how to keep the organization on a continual improvement path.
