New-school cabaret performance works by Pilipino American artists groups, Sons and Rhapsodistas. Come see, listen, and move to a polyglot of poetics, live music, urban dance, and theatre which showcases the local talents of our "myspace" generation.
Performs include: Ammiel, Machinery of the Night; Artnelson Concordia, Club Mabuhay (advisor); Cece Carpio, live painting; J.O.A.L., Praxis Roks; Liezel, peopleâs choir; Naked Soul Alliance, live art; Overseas Artists, guerilla theater; Proof, Massive Selector; Mixer Friendly, positive apparel; Regie Cabico, Slam poetry champ/NYU artist-in-residence; Rhapsodistas, spoken word/hip hop; Sake One, Local 1200; Sons, spoken word/theater; True Skool, hip hop and funk preservation; Trust Your Struggle, live art; and Zita, Sisters in Sound/Cleopatra Jones.
