Nice Work If You Can Get It, by the Woodland Park Players
Everything that made the Jazz Age so jazzyflappers, bootleggers and the music of George and Ira Gershwincomes together in Nice Work If You Can Get It, a hilarious, screwball comedy that first appeared on Broadway in 2012 and tells the story of lovable, wealthy playboy Jimmy Winter and tough-talking bootlegger Billie Bendix. Tony-winning writer Joe DiPietro weaves the Gershwins most beloved hits together with big dance numbers into a madcap love story that pays homage to the Roaring 20s.
