Unfortunately, seating was limited and we are sold out. Our next Meet the Producer dinner is the end of January and will feature heirloom potatoes and bison.

Description
Chef Jim Switzenberg, HACC Culinary Arts Instructor, has crafted a delicious and creative menu, built around fresh, local and naturally or organically raised produce. Sample a cornucopia of heirloom apples, including Thomas Jefferson's favorite. 

Producer reception: heirloom apple sampler, barbequed pork slider, Waldorf salad, Amish-style apple & pork sausage, sparkling cider and farmstead cheese.

Appetizer: harvest soup (squash & apple) and selection of artisan breads.

Main plat: fennel & caramelized cipollini stuffed pork loin and apple risotto in cider glaze.

Dessert: Spitzenberg apple tarte Tatin and maple(raw milk) ice cream.

Featuring produce from Culton Organics, Shady Acres Dairy Farm, John L. Kish Cider and Naylor Wine Cellar.
