An opportunity to share a locally prepared multi course meal by Chef Salvatore Friedel and Eleonore Hebal to discuss timeless and current topics led by UWSP Professors.
Discussion will be led by Dr. Shanny Luft (UWSP Professor of Religious Studies). The topic will be "Violence and Media". Movies, comic books and other forms of media have long been blamed for public violence. Dr. Shanny Luft will trace the history of public fears about violence and media, and lead a conversation about our thoughts and experiences regarding violence and popular culture.
