Bump & Grind Dance Class with Indigo Blue & Ruby Mimosa
Learn the basics of the bump, grind, shimmy and shake from two of Seattle's Top Teasers: Miss Indigo Blue, Headmistress of the Academy of Burlesque, and Ruby Mimosa of the Atomic Bombshells!
This weekly dance class includes a fun warm-up to rare & vintage Burlesque music, "across-the-floor" dance steps, and short combinations. This class is suitable for complete beginners who have never taken a dance class. Movements are offered at multiple levels of difficulty so that seasoned dancers, too, will experience a great workout!
Students should wear comfortable loose clothing, like yoga pants, and bring a pair of high-heeled shoes or character shoes for the second half of class. No street shoes allowed on the dance floor. All classes are 90 minutes
Drop-in classes are $17, either in-advance on this site or at class. A 6-class discount package for $90 ($15/class) is available either in-advance on this site or from the instructor.
