Note: First English Lutheran Church 3807 North Charles Street Baltimore, MD 21218 The Church is located on the corner of East 39th Street and North Charles Street, a block north of University Parkway. The main entrance is on North Charles. To its right, on the side of the building, is the handicap accessible entrance Parking: Street parking is available around the church building. In addition, parking is available in the lot behind the Scottish Rite Temple located across the street from the church. Handicap access: Handicapped parking is located in the driveway of the church, adjacent to 39th street. A handicapped accessible entrance is located on the south side of the church. Children ages 12 and under attend for free. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
