BRIAN AND GABBIE BOKWA EVENT
For the First Time Ever Brian Mavi and Gabbie Pezzillo, "THE" B.E.S.T. Masters of Masters of Bokwa Fitness are coming to Michigan for a 2 hour BOKWA BLAST! They have trained many of the Bokwa Education Specialist Trainers around the world and continue to teach classes and certifications in Vista, California.
Brian and Gabbie will teach us step by step the fundamentals of Bokwa Fitness, while keeping us hyped and inspired!
Get ready for an incredible event! Because of the energizing music, the fun and predictable steps and great motivation coming from people moving together to music, participants become addicted to Bokwa. You would not even realize you were burning up to 1,200 calories in one workout!
This event is for AGES 7 and up & all fitness LEVELS, including beginners!
