Field to Loaf: Workshop on NY Grain Supply Chain & Benefit for Cayuga Pure Organics
NYS used to have dozens of grain producers, now there is just one major supplier, Cayuga Pure Organics (CPO). CPO is a small farm near Ithaca, New York with a big impact on the regional food system. At the end of May 2013, a devastating fire destroyed the barn that contained CPO's equipment and inventory
Help CPO rebuild after its fire and we will help you understand why that's important!
