sm(art) *art auction benefiting bitch magazine
Picture this: Portland, Worksound Gallery, October 25th, and legendary artist, Judy Chicago, of "The Dinner Party" fame, in attendance. Couple that with an art auction featuring the works of many Bitch contributors, as well as local and national artists. Insert silent auction items from businesses such as Bolt, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Hollywood Theatre. Toss in a raffle, with the top prize: a new bike from Sellwood Cycle. Compliment with drink from Captured by Porches and wineries, food from Montage and Rocket, and desserts from Saint Cupcake. Visualize readings by Tarot Chick, MC Invincible and other entertainment woven through the evening. What does this make? One fine event. But we cant do it alone. We need YOU there to enjoy it and help us raise money for the magazine you know and love as Bitch!
