Nadya Ginsburg: Madonnalogues SF
Nadya Ginsburg has been called "the woman of a thousand voices". Roseanne Barr has said she is "brilliant," Joan Rivers says she is "perfection." Her career as an actress and writer encompasses the NYC and LA stage, network television, feature film and the world of Internet Comedy.
Fresh from a recent sold out run in NYC where she was Village Voice Choice and Time Out NYC's pick of the week, Nadya brings her newest solo show, Madonnalogues, for one night of her trademark celebrity-skewing and song to Rebel in San Francisco August 6th.
Come see why the La Weekly raves "we have to say, we heart her like Madonna hearts Kabballah or Britney hearts Mickey D's. In other words, we're gaga for Ginsburg."
Nadya honed her talent for creating off beat original characters and impressions in the New York alternative comedy scene at venues such as Luna Lounge, Surf Reality, Catch A Rising Star and Carloline's Comedy Club. Nadya's Lady Gaga parody "Al Roker Face" garnered her an interview on The Today Show and her appearance won MSNBC's "Moment Of The Week" viewer poll by a landslide. Most recently Nadya was a celebrity guest comedy judge on RuPaul's Drag Race and as pregnant slut Roberta Hochman-Klein on Will And Grace creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan's CBS show Partners.
