Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival
Perpetual Motion Dance is hosting the 7th annual Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival July 11th-13th, 8:00pm at the Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center at 3000 General Pershing Blvd, OKC 73107. The Festival will include performances by 23 local dancers selected by audition who will perform choreography by Oklahoma-based choreographers Chris Castleberry, Emily Dawson, Tasha Hinex, Maria Krey, Kim Loveridge, Amy McIntosh and Dallas choreographer Lesley Snelson.
In addition, there is a concert on Saturday July 13th entirely of performances by Oklahoma companies Living Water Dance (Tulsa), Muscle Memory Dance (Dallas) Perpetual Motion Dance (Oklahoma City), and R.A.C.E. Dance (Oklahoma City).Tickets for the Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival are available at www.perpetualmotiondance.org or at the Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center box office one hour prior to show time. Ticket prices are $18 for Adult ($15 in advance) and $10 for Students and Children.
