Goat Butchering Demo
In preparation for the Slow Goat event on July 12th with St. James Cheese Company, Creole Creamery, and Slow Food NOLA, we will demonstrate how to deconstruct a goat into its primal cuts and roasts and discuss the best use of each part. Particiants will be able to buy any part we aren't using for Slow Goat at a 10% discount that night.
