The Joy of Cheese Presents La Dolce Formaggio
Come join us at 10 Degrees, 121 St. Mark's Place, for a tasting of cheese either made or aged by three of that great cheesemaking nation's leading authorities. We will investigate cheeses from Luiggi Guffanti, Gianni Cora, and the fine folks at Casa Madaio.
Yes, it will blow your mind
Expect to sample 12-14 extraordinary cheeses. I will introduce each and discuss it in terms of the production style, flavor, and geographic origin. During the tasting I'm happy to answer any and all questions about cheese.
The tastings are from 7-8:30pm on Tuesday August 19 and 26 and Thursday August 21.
