| Description |
 GOING was a performance work by the 70s London company The Theatre of Mistakes, originally performed throughout Europe and on US tour. The Relationship's artistic director, Fiona Templeton, was an original ensemble member of The Theatre of Mistakes, together with Michael Greenall, Anthony Howell, Glenys Johnson, Miranda Payne & Peter Stickland.
It concerns going, or attempting to go, when the participants are bound together as closely as the strands of a knotted ring. Each weaves a role identical to that of the others into different moments of the same role.
Now The Relationship is recreating GOING exactly with a cast of performers in their 20s (as The Theatre of Mistakes was then). But 2 of the 5 acts will be a completely opposite work, Coming.
