In the Field! S&P Homestead Farm Tour

Join Main Market as we tour S&P Homestead farms. Part of our "In the Field" series of tours to connect our customers with our farmers and ranchers before we open, we visit Susan and Paul Puhek's market garden near Otis Orchards and learn how they are producing wonderful vegetables and farm fresh eggs in a environmentally friendly, sustainable way.
Tour the farm, enjoy a sample of S&P's produce, and learn about the art of drying fruits and herbs. We will experience the bounty of S&P's products from their very happy chickens to their diverse and vibrant produce.
This is a great opportunity to bring the kids along and expose them to where their food comes from!
Light refreshments and beverages will be provided. We'll have a short talk on the lawn. Feel free to bring a chair or a blanket.
We'll be walking in the fields and out in the sun - please dress appropriately. Sturdy shoes are recommended.
We're carpooling. Please meet in the NW corner of the Liberty Lake Safeway parking lot at 1233 N Liberty Lake Rd. Arrive by 2:15pm. The carpool will leave promptly at 2:30.
$15 adult / $10 child 8+ (with adult)
Note: Wear shoes good for uneven field walking.
