Its 1924 and Dr. Carlton Twist needs fresh brains to experiment on. His friend, Sigmund Freud, suggests a DADA troupe go to Metaluna, Indiana to perform vaudeville. Meanwhile the town is in an uproar over the mayoral campaign that pits a corrupt, anti-intellectual incumbent against his Elizabeth Cady Stanton-quoting daughter.

Also there is a blind woman somewhere in New York City who thinks shes in France.

And lots and lots of DADA.
