Gnocchi! A Primer

Viola says, making "gnocchi is fun not to be withheld from anyone". Since we are never ones to squash fun, here is a night all about gnocchi. During this hands-on and demo class will learn how to make potato, semolina and vegetable-based gnocchi. Viola will also teach you classic summer Italian dishes that highlight our favorite pudgy, toothsome, yet still light and delicate pasta.
In this class you will learn how to make:
Gnocchi di patate al pomodoro (classic potato gnocchi with tomato sauce)
Gnocchi alla romana classici e alle verdure (semolina gnocchi plain and with seasonal vegetables)
Gnudi alla toscana (ricotta and chard gnocchi)
Please bring an apron, chef's knife, and kitchen towel to class.
