To celebrate Craft Beer Week in Chicago, 4 micro companies (Big Fork Brands, Star Lounge, CO-OP Sauce, & Pipeworks Brewing Co.) and 2 chefs are combining forces to bring you one amazing night of food & beer.
How:
Chef Lance Avery, founder of Big Fork Brands (www.bigforkbrands.com) will be creating 2 amazing courses paired with 2 of Pipeworks Brewing Co. (www.pipeworksbrewing.net) signature brews.
Chef Mike Bancroft, founder of CO-OP Sauce (www.coopsauce.com) will be creating 2 incredible courses paired with 2 of Pipeworks Brewing Co. (www.pipeworksbrewing.net) signature brews.

Fresh Shaved Asparagus (MI), Morel Mushrooms (WI) with fermented poblano vinaigrette topped with crispy Don Pedro's Prosciutto (WI) and shaved salt cured yolk.

Grilled Lamb & Pork (WI) Donor Kabob with Pipeworks yeast fed Co-op Green Mash-ine Hot Sauce, wheat berry (IL) salad n' ramp powder (MI).

Slowly Smoked Paella with Big Fork Bacon Sausage (IL), Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp (FL) & Pasture Raised Capons (IN).
Beer Pairing: Pipeworks Cash For Golden Ale
Chocolate Stout Brownie made with Pipeworks End of Days Stout, topped with Organic White Chocolate Ancho Cinnamon Ice Cream studded with a shard of cocoa nib pumpkin seed brittle.
