This summer, we invite you to explore the exciting world of Earned-Income for Nonprofits through this series of teleworkshops. From the comfort of your desk, you will enjoy dynamic, hands-on lessons, participate in empowering question & answer sessions and gather lots of tools to share with your colleagues. Don't miss the thrill of using your organization's strengths to start or expand a business that supports your mission.
Your guide for this adventure is Kirsten Gagnaire, a leading social entrepreneur and founder of the Social Enterprise Group. The workshops are based on our Sustayne methodology for earned-income development.
Series Two: Moving Forward
Wednesdays August 6, 13 and 20 10:00am-11:00am Pacific
So, you've got a great idea, but what do you do next? This series is for organizations with a solid idea and are ready to take the next step.
By the end of Series 2 you will:
~Identify your primary customers.
~Understand the types of competition that exists for your venture.
~Understand and evaluate several alternatives for your business model (eg: retail vs. wholesale).
Cost & Registration
Each series is $50. Includes three, 1-hour calls and materials. Registration must be completed by August 6 at 9am so that we can email your workshop packet.
Please note
You do not need to be from a nonprofit to participate. These workshops will assist anyone interested in starting their own business.
If you cannot make a call in the series, sessions will be recorded and can be listened to at your convenience.
