Middlewest is a modern, deconstructed food magazine made in Chicago by writer David Tamarkin and photographer Erica Gannett. Each issue contains seasonal recipes, a selection of which we will be serving in a three-course dinner, hosted by David and Erica.
The meal will include the carrot-cumin soup with parsley oil and spring chicken with preserved lemon and mint. We will also be serving a Middlewest dessert, cocktail and paired wines with each course. Copies of Middlewest will be available for purchase.
