Spiral Foods Co-op presents a Culinary Hoedown: Workshops, Dinner & Music
Join Spiral Foods for a day of culinary inspiration and delicious local fare.
WORKSHOPS: 2-5 PM
Explore home-scale food production and preservation with fellow co-op cohorts. Workshops include: Stuffed Fresh Grape leaves, Medicinal Pestos, Quick Goat Cheeses, Preserving Salmon, Local Grain Pastas, Honey Mead, Gluten-free desserts, and Sugar-Free Chocolate Bark.
DINNER and MUSIC: 5-7 PM
Enjoy the fruits of your labor. Dinner will feature products made during the workshops, with tasty local spirits to wash it down. Shake a leg to the musical styles of Whiskey and Circumstance...think Merle Haggard meets Johnny Cash in a discotheque!
