Review of the Employer of Record Process Role of the Financial Support Agency Role of the Community Guide Role of the Care Coordinator Role of Finance Role and Responsibilities of the Employer of Record The Individual and Family Directed Budget The Financial Support Agency Start-Up Package The Financial Support Agency Agreement Providing the Employer of Record with the Start-Up Box and forms The Employee Start-Up Package and Training and Follow-Up with Employers of Record on recruiting and hiring employees; requesting background checks; managing and supervising employees; documentation; and time sheets/payroll
