Appetizer and Antipasti Food and Wine Pairing
Join us for an evening of tasting great innovative food paired with exceptional wines that will enhance and complement the flavors for which you are eating. Our menu will be inspired by things foraged: wild mushrooms, truffles, wild greens, borage, fiddlehead ferns, ramps, etc. We will also be featuring a surprise dessert course.
Wines will be provided by Highland Wine & Crystal and Integrity Wines. Our master wines-men will pair delicious, affordable wines to complement the menu.
Discounts will be give during the event for the wines and food being tasted.
Automatically be entered into our drawing for the night to win a pound of fresh hand-made pasta and an exceptional pesto to be paired with it.
