Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the next WASCLA Language Access Summit on May 3rd and 4th, 2013 in Wenatchee, Washington at the Wenatchee Conference Center. We're looking forward to learning with you about language access issues in Washington State.

-"Developing Interpreter Resources and Engaging Communities"

We look forward to robust discussions on these topics and more, including collaboration, sharing resources, procurement and measurement models, appropriate use of technology tools, emerging issues providing language access services in education as well as legal, medical and social service settings!

*** Washington and Oregon Court interpreter credits will be applied for, as will Washington MCLE credits. Please check back for the approved number of credits!
***IF you would like to attend BOTH days of the conference, please be sure to select the SECOND "Friday" option in the drop-down box above. The description to the right will say "Two Day." We apologize for any confusion due to the multiple Friday dates.
Also please be aware that the conference is being held the weekend of the Wenatchee Apple Blossom Festival and so you will want to book your hotel room sooner rather than later. Attached to the conference center is the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel - call them and mention WASCLA to get your reduced room rate at: 1.800.663.1144.
