Wildflower Craft Cocktail and Twilight Tour
Celebrate spring and the wildflower bloom in the California Native Garden! We will gather just before the sun sets in the picturesque stone circle, surrounded by flowering Meadow Foam, Douglas Iris, and California Blue Lillac, to sip on signature cocktails crafted by Skott Reader with ingredients gathered from the Botanical Garden. As dusk approaches, Associate Curator David Kruse-Pickler will lead a twilight tour of the California Native Garden with plenty of time to stop and smell the flowers.
Skott Reader, affectionately known as the Cocktailogist, is a freelance mixologist in San Francisco. Among other passions, he crafts delicious cocktails using things from the orchard & garden. When he's not actively practicing his alchemy, he's an experience designer and amateur astronomer. Check our his blog which features unique recipes, infusions, facts, musings, and general cocktail knowledge.
Planning a party or event? Skott can help you design cocktails for your next private event.
