Hidden Spaces/Public Places: Private Property + Public Amenity = Additional Development Rights
Explore some of downtown's hidden treasures, like public parks, plazas and open spaces. Many of these spaces are owned by private developers, as part of Seattle's POPS (Privately Owned Public Spaces)Program, but are in fact places where you can enjoy beautiful landscapes and private art collections away from the hustle and bustle of city streets.
This tour lasts approximately two hours and begins at City Centre, 1420 5th Ave. The tour group will meet in the northwest area of the building's lobby at 10AM unless otherwise noted below. Advance registration is strongly encouraged; walk-ups are limited to space available. Tour is $15 in advance/$25 day of.
