1st course: Fire Grilled Chicken Satay paired with the Blue Line Pale Ale
2nd course: Braised Endive salad with a berry vinaigrette paired with a Blackberry Wheat
3rd course: Coconut chicken thigh with plum sauce paired with a Roasted Coconut Brown Cask Ale
4th course: Tequila marinated pork with grilled vegetables and a chimichurri sauce with the Fire Chief Red
5th course: Vanilla bean ice cream with beer baked and candied apples paired with the Dadda's Saison
