| Description |
With award-winning Chef Marcellus Coleman and Rose Water Owner John Tucker as your guides, enjoy an illuminating tour of the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket, followed by a mouthwatering, Greenmarket-inspired lunch at Rose Water.
Learn first-hand how the Chef selects the freshest local ingredients. Meet Greenmarket farmers and hear how they and chefs are working together to preserve farmland and protect the environment. Then meet at Rose Water to enjoy an amazing culinary experience.
Chef Coleman and Greenmarket staff will be your guides every step of the way: explaining the mission, history and secrets to shopping at the Greenmarket.
This event is made possible by the extraordinary generosity of Chef Coleman and Rose Water. All proceeds will benefit CENYCs Greenmarket program in its efforts to preserve family farms, bring fresh produce to all five boroughs and educate children about our food systems.
