Learn to make Bread
Four breads are made over the course of the day, a rye sourdough, ciabatta, bagels, and the house loaf, the Hackney Wild. Participants roll up their sleeves and spend the day mixing, kneading, and learning tricks of the trade. Most loaves are baked off that day, so expect a big bounty to take home. One loaf is taken home in it's proving basket to be baked at home the following day. The class includes lunch and refreshments.
