In one immersive evening's experience:

Taste up to 150 of the finest wines from 28 of Argentina's top wineries.

Try out the offbeat art of matching wine with music, hosted by eminent professors Barry Smith, and Charles Spence who was most recently seen on Heston Blumenthal's Big Feast.

Enjoy a selection of authentic Buenos Aires street food courtesy of Borough Market's Argentine specialists Porteña.

Sample the spirit of the 40's with historical cocktails from Galante Bar.

Witness 3 of the country's most talented and cutting edge grafitti artists - RunDon'tWalk, Jaz and Pum Pum - live in action.

Learn vernacular that could get you into a ton of trouble in downtown Buenos Aires with James Bracken, the author of the cult book Che Boludo.

Plus a host of other uniquely Argentine cultural experiences; from dancing Nuevo Tango and hobnobbing with true Gauchos to sampling the famed Dulce de Leche ice cream from specialists The Ice Cream Union.
