Find out how you can get better food in your kid's school! "Two Angry Moms" stir up some excitement with a recipe for taking action in this documentary of their nationwide school sojourn that inspires alternatives, champions change, and gives you the ingredients you need to make a difference in YOUR neighborhood.
Shaping Youth will be hosting the film throughout the Bay Area as a fund-raiser for our hands-on 'reality show' wellness program called "Dare to Compare: A Gross Out Game for Good Nutrition," to scale our counter-marketing tactics onto the internet for open source, universal access via train the trainer digital downloads.
Join Amy Jussel, founder & executive director of Shaping Youth.org (dealing w/media & marketing's impact on kids) food policy pro Michele Simon (author of Appetite for Profit: How the food industry undermines our health and how to fight back) and nutritionist Aimee Marcich, MPH, CHES from California Pacific Medical Center to find out how YOU can serve up some change in your school lunch programs, and blend healthier choices into your own kids meals.
