Training Description: This training teaches us what it means to be respectful when working across cultural communities. What is the tone of your voice and what is your body language saying that you are not verbalizing?
The basic premise of the workshop is:
1. Connect first, then engage second.
2. Microagression, are you aware of this?
3. What is "authentic?"
