Winemakers Week Hearty Winter Supper with Natural Wine & Local Cuisine

Mary Cleaver, one of the pioneers of NYC's farm to table movement and the first recipient of Slow Food's 'Snailblazer Award', teams with Jenny and François Selections to welcome three organic vintners from Chemins de Bassac, Podere Canneta & Bosco Falconeria to The Green Table in Chelsea Market. Chef Emilio Fujimoto prepares a seasonal, hearty meal to complement the wines from the Languedoc, Sicily and Tuscany. Ticket price includes tax & gratuity.

Jenny & François Selections, created in 2000 by Jenny Lefcourt & François Ecot, has lead the way in championing the natural wine movement in the USA, by bringing wines that are 'more than organic' to NYC and beyond.

Prior to the dinner, meet the winemakers at Appellation Wine & Spirits, 156 Tenth Avenue, from 5 - 7PM. After, walk with them to dinner in Chelsea Market! Scott Pactor opened Appellation in 2005, with an eye for natural, organic, biodynamic and distinctive wines & spirits.
