Shiitake Mushroom Log Inoculation Workshop
Gaia Gardens/Love is Love Farm is hosting four separate half-day workshops on shiitake mushroom log inoculation and production at Gaia Gardens on Saturday, March 2; Sunday, March 3; Saturday, March 16; and Sunday March 17.
Attendees will learn the concepts and habits of fungi, hands-on strategies for inoculating and caring for shiitake mushroom logs, and leave with a shiitake log for themselves.
Workshop is rain or shine. Space is very limited.
