Vegan Valentines Dinner
Treat yourself, a loved one, or a group of friends to an evening of gourmet food, romantic music and splendid treats all to benefit the animals at the Ching Farm Rescue and Sanctuary.
Five Course Dinner Menu:
-hor dourves: herbes de provence cashew creve' with water cress radish rose bruschetta with rose and geranium jelly
-soup: roasted carrot borscht
-salad: braised beets and oranges over field greens with agave and mustard
-entree one: tempeh scallopini with mushroom in madeira sauce over wild rice maple ginger asparagus
and sauted winter greens.
-entree two: Kushari, Egyptian dish of rice lentils fried onions and noodles, under a aleepo and tomato
sauce. Loobia, green beans and peppers. Palestinian fried potatoes with cilantro
-dessert to be annonced
