One Acts 2013: Game Night
Pink Banana Theatre Co. is excited to announce the theme of our ninth annual summer one acts festival: "Game Night". We invited playwrights - aspiring and established, local and beyond - to submit their plays surrounding the theme of games, in every sense of the word. From a record number of submissions, seven directors cast and rehearsed some of these original works featuring local talent.
Works to be perormed include
-Checkmate by Liz Shipe, directed by Charles Sommers
-Chicken by Fly Steffens, directed by Paul Matthew Madden
-Tears, or the Woman's Defense, written and directed by Angela Iannone
-Game Over by Scott Heaton, directed by Chris Goode
-Put Ice On It by Andrew Rosdail, directed by Bryan Quinn
-The Ultimate Battle for Total Control of the Entire Universe by Rich Orloff, directed by Leda Hoffmann
-Walk, Don't Walk by Matthew Konkel, directed by Luke Erickson
Featuring the talents of Randall T. Anderson, Michelle Lynn Brien, Cassius Cox, Brittany Curran, Ceri Hartnett, Peter Hiller, Melanie Liebetrau, Harry Loeffler-Bell, Rob Maass, Samantha Martinson, Tim Palecek, Christopher Patnaude, Ashley Retzlaff, Zoe Schwartz, and Kyle Sternad.
