Houston Young Lawyers Association celebrates its 75th Anniversary this year. Originally organized as the Houston Junior Bar Association in 1937, HYLA has grown from a social club into a sophisticated organization making positive contributions to the community and to the profession. The selfless attitude and commitment to service of HYLA's 1,100 members continues to make HYLA one of the preeminent young lawyers associations. We are certainly proud of our history and will celebrate this momentous occasion on February 28, 2013, 6:30 to 9:00 PM, at the historical Harris County 1910 Courthouse.
