Puppet Pandemonium
Puppet Pandemonium is a fun and interactive camp experience that will expose all children to the imaginative world of puppetry! Students will explore the tricks of the trade--the ones professional puppet builders use to create an enchanting world filled with imaginative characters! Students will learn the techniques necessary to manipulate different styles of puppets ranging from found objects to hand, rod, and table top-style puppets. Students will work together to become puppet masters while creating stories with their puppets. The week will conclude with a group sharing and demonstration of everyone's creations.
Campers will share their weeks' work on the Friday of camp at 3 p.m. in the Scottish Rite Theater. This event will be free to family, friends, and members of the community.
Who can apply: Boys and girls 1st 6th grade, rising. No prior puppeteering or theater experience necessary.
Program Dates: Session 1--Monday, June 24 through Friday, June 28, 9am-3:00pm
Session 2--Monday, August 5 through Friday, August 9, 9am-3:00pm
Final performance: Session 1--Friday, June 28 at 3:00 p.m.
Session 2--Friday, August 9 at 3:00 p.m.
Tuition: $325 per session ($275 Early Bird before February 15)

LUNCH
Scottish Rite Theater does not provide lunch for campers. Campers need to bring lunch each day. Snacks provided. We can provide refrigeration or re-heating for lunches. However, if the child is eligible for free lunch at school, and would like free lunch at camp, we will make arrangements for lunch to be provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Session 1:
Full refunds if cancelled by March 1
75% refunded if cancelled by April 1
50% refunded if cancelled by May 1
Session 2:
Full refunds if cancelled by May 1
75% refunded if cancelled by June 1
50% refunded if cancelled by July 1
No refunds for cancellations made on or after
**Ticketing service charges are non-refundable.
